When people think of chronic pain, they often imagine discomfort—maybe an ache here or there. But those of us who live with it know: it’s so much more. It's waking up already tired. It's sitting too long and feeling your spine scream. It's that shoulder that won't let you rest, hips that lock up, feet that throb, and days when your body says, “Not today”—but life still demands you show up anyway.
I know this pain. I live with it every single day.
Between my left shoulder needing radiofrequency ablation, two leaking discs, and joints that don’t always cooperate, I’ve learned how hard it is to simply exist in a world that doesn't slow down for our bodies. And because of that, I’ve also learned the healing power of safe, intentional, loving touch.
That’s why I became a cuddle practitioner.
When your body is tired and hurting, it deserves compassion. Not just pills or cold medical tables—but warmth, stillness, presence. Cuddling offers something unique. It doesn’t ask your body to do. It just allows your body to be. Supported. Held. Comforted. Valued.
Because I know what it’s like to hurt, I also know how to truly see others who are hurting. I’m not afraid of your discomfort, your vulnerability, or your fatigue. I meet it with care, softness, and a deep respect for the strength it takes just to get through the day.
In my space, you don’t have to pretend you’re okay. You can exhale. You can rest. You can receive the gentleness your body’s been begging for.
Whether your pain is physical, emotional, or both—I get it. I hold space not just as a practitioner, but as someone who walks that path beside you.
You're not alone. Let’s rest together.
