What I do to make sure you feel safe, supported, and at peace

I know booking your first cuddle session can bring up a lot of questions. Is it safe? Will it be awkward? What should I expect?

Let me walk you through what happens before you even walk through the door — because your comfort and trust mean everything to me.

Setting the Space

Before each session, I take time to create an atmosphere that’s calm, clean, and nurturing. I keep the lights soft, the air smelling fresh but gentle, and the room quiet or filled with peaceful music depending on your preference.

I use plush pillows, soft blankets, and cozy textures so that when you arrive, your body starts to relax almost immediately. The goal is to make it feel like you’ve stepped into a space where you can finally let go.

I also sanitize and refresh the area between every session — not just for hygiene, but to energetically clear the space, too. Each person who walks in deserves a fresh start and full attention.

Preparing Myself

Because I live with chronic pain myself, I take special care of my body before each session. I do gentle stretches, ground my energy, and take time to center myself. I show up with presence and softness — not rushed, not distracted.

I want you to feel that you’re not just another appointment. You’re someone I’ve prepared for, physically and emotionally.

Before We Begin

When you arrive, we talk. No pressure, no rush. We’ll go over what you need that day, how you’re feeling (physically and emotionally), and discuss boundaries. Everything is consensual, respectful, and custom to you.

I’m here to listen, not just hold.

Some people like close contact, others prefer more space. Some want silence, some want to chat. You’re in control, and I’m simply there to support and honor your comfort level.

Your Safety Is My Priority

I understand how vulnerable it can feel to trust someone with your body and energy — especially if you're in pain or healing from anything in your life. That’s why I’m transparent, communicative, and respectful every step of the way.

Whether you’re coming for comfort, connection, or just a safe place to rest, know this: You are welcome here. You are safe here. You will be treated with kindness and care — always.
