Dear Cuddle Practitioner ,
This is embarrassing to ask, but… what if I cry during our session? I don’t mean to, but sometimes my emotions come up out of nowhere when I slow down. I don’t want to be a burden. Or make you uncomfortable.
— A Little Ashamed
Dear A Little Ashamed,
Let me tell you something with my whole heart: tears are welcome here. In fact, I consider them sacred. When someone feels safe enough to let go, it’s not awkward—it’s a privilege to witness.
You are never a burden. Your emotions are part of your truth, and in our sessions, truth has room to breathe. If crying helps you release, then I’ll hold that space with care. No fixing. No rushing. Just a warm presence that honors your heart.
With care always, — Lovely
